Our first item from Aarons was a refrigerator and it has been great. No issues with it and they delivered it the same day our old refrigerator went out. Then our dryer went out a month ago and they delivered a washer/dryer set within a couple of days. We had a small issue with the dryer and they replaced it right away. They delivered it in great shape and the installation was quick and easy. They have been great for us and we would give them a great reference.

I bought everything I own in my house and I've had nothing but good customer service and friendly people help me every time I go to make a payment! This is the best route if you're looking to own any appliances or furniture!

First thing i got was a jvc surround sound got it home and it had 3 channels burnt out of the back of the head unit. they never would fix it due to that it still worked if you crossed your channels.(put 2 wires in each hook up). second had a LG tv delived and the tv that i had ordered was still in the box while at the store when i got home from work the day they delived the tv there was white paint on the top of the tv scratches on the right side across pixels and it had surfaces scratches all around it. i called back asking what happened to the new tv that the contract said i was getting and they fed me a line of crap about how that is the tv that i got and i brought up supposed to get a new/unused tv and i never got it. they said they would get back to me. so i waited for about a month and started getting calls from them about how i needed to make a payment when i told them how it was and what was going on they said they would talk to there supervisor and call me back. next day they were calling for a payment again. so i got ahold of HQ and gave them my information and was told i would be contacted within 2 days. about a week later i got a call from the store saying they wanted to resolve the issue i was having and i told them again what was going on and the manager said that he would get back to me on setting something up for a new tv. didnt hear anything till the next month when they were demanding a payment. i again told them i wasnt going to do it and if they wanted it to get it. so for the next week with having a job that i get overtime meaning 40+ hours which they did not evidently understand i was getting tags put on my door at the most random times. no calls asking if someone was around or could be they just show up leave a tag and leave. come to find out they were charging me for each trip to my house. finaly they came and got the tv after they took my contracts out of aarons Hq. took the tv without asking about a replacment or anything i had been asking for the whole time. then on top of it they wanted me to return previously perchased items like the surround sound and tv stand that were purchased about a year prior. in order to get they out of my hair on that matter they wanted me to pay them 50$ extra to pay of the things i had already payed off. so needless to say im going to court for them trying to give me less then what the purchase agreement was and still wanting the same out of me for a less quality item and for all the other crap they tried to pull. wouldnt ever want someone to do buisness with people that just try to screw you ever chance they can get.

I had to get a laptop for school, but I didn't have the money to buy it outright. Aarons sounded like a good idea. I'm very upset at the service I have received from them. The laptop I got from them got a virus on it, even though I have only had it a month. I went there wanting to get it fixed. The guy at the store tried telling me that the comp was working fine, even though I knew it wasnt. I took it home and called the antivirus company (I had gotten the software at Aaron's), and they tried charging me 169.99$ to fix the problem! At this point I called Aaron's back, demanding someone come look at the laptop. The guy said he would come to my house to look at the computer, and would be at my house between 3-5. At five the guy still isn't here and I call Aaron's, just to have them be closed. I am very upset at this point, and I feel like Aaron's didn't live up to their part of the contract I signed. If you're looking for good service, this is not the place to go.
