Simply put AWESOME! This is the second time we've bought from here. Both times (once in 2005 and again just now) they showed up when they said. Price was right in line with what they stated. The carpets were installed very professional and timely manner. Very satisfied. The upgraded padding WELL WORTH IT!

I was treated very politely, however, when they came to install my carpet it was the wrong one. It matched my receipt but was not the one I had picked out. I was upset at first. Then I realized it was another carpet that I had really liked in the store and had decided that it was just too expensive. They charged me for the one I had picked out so I guess it was my gain because it was a better quality and tighter weave carpet. Also, when the guy arrived to install, he had his son with him. Not a big deal to me as he was very polite and just played fetch with my dog, but a little unprofessional in my opinion.

Disorganized and impolite. We had paid for the carpet and were treated with this attitude: "We tried to call you Sunday and Monday, you weren't home so you will get your carpet when you get your carpet."
