I have gotten rent to own from this company for close to six years.Never an issue.Have bought fridge washer dryer living room set, bedroom set 3 tvs  , no complaints

Once I went in looking to buy a washer dryer set I waited over an hour and then walked out, RAC took care of me but figured I'd try online ordering I've waited over a week for a fridge any they r currently 30 minutes late on a delivery time they set. Having regrets Already!! Side bar I've bought a washer and dryer, dishwasher, laptop and bed paid in full through RAC so it's not like I'm not used to rent to own servicing.

Aaron's was supposed to come get their furniture multiple times. The first time they decided to show up at 8:52 at night. This was almost 2 hours late. The next time they cancelled the appointment to pick it up. Now they are late yet again. They continue to waste my time. No calls to tell me they will be late, they show up whenever it is convenient for them. It's inconsiderate.  They are trying to charge me for these items. They have now had 3 opportunities to come get it. This is their FAULT. I would not recommend Aaron's to anyone. They are very unreliable and unorganized.
