My husband and I were shopping for a kitchen/dining table. Our daughter and her husband recommended seeing Melissa at Bennington Furniture in Queensbury. We followed their recommendation and were glad we did. We were impressed with the selection and the ability to "build our own table" and select the chairs we wanted. 
Melissa was helpful and knowledgeable, and there was no pressure to buy. We took our time, viewed several possibilities, checked other stores, went home and mulled it over. 
When ready to order, we called Melissa and she handled the transaction and made it easy. If our table and chairs arrive before our return from vacation, Bennington Furniture will hold the order for us until we return.

Bennington Furniture has BY FAR the best selection of quality furniture in contemporary, modern, and transitional designs.  You cannot find interesting and beautiful selections like these anywhere else in the capital region - and at reasonable and affordable prices.
What brought us to Bennington Furniture was the outstanding work their design team did at the 2017 Showcase of Homes, most notably Kaitlynn Johnson.  
Kaitlynn is talented, creative, and  a dream to work with!  She helped guide us through all of our selections with a creative eye that stayed true to our style but pushed us to a new level.  She's always willing to answer questions, provide alternative choices, help with non-furniture design elements (including lighting/draperies/blinds/rugs/paint color), and show you design ideas and furniture choices that you did not know you always wanted!
If you are looking for one piece of furniture or are furnishing an entire home, we recommend Kaitlynn and Bennington Furniture as the best!

Bought a mattress and a bedroom set for our master. Melissa the sales gal was very informative on the mattresses and how to choose the right one for me and my husband. Will definitely go back when it is time for another room!

Melissa was very helpful in choosing a sectional and then choosing the fabric.  We were able to bring a few samples home to see what it would look like.  She was attentive but not overwhelming.  Will definitely come back.

This was our third purchase from Bennington Furniture in Queensbury. Always a pleasant experience.  The saleswoman Kaitlynn spent a couple hours and was knowledgeable about all the mattresses we looked at and we never felt any pressure to buy. We fell in love with our dream mattress and she was able to make it work for us financially. We will definitely be back!
