Staff needs better education on their products. My salesperson couldn't seem to grasp the difference between box springs, a regular bed frame and the metal platform frame which takes the place of both box springs and a bed frame. Beyond that I had a great experience with Aaron. I was sleeping in a cot and they were able to expedite delivery of my bed to a two day wait down from potentially 5 to 7 business days.

Edit 9/7 Very smooth with responding and communication with me about everything. Came gave me a loaner (nothing like what I had but no complaints its a loaner). Called me same day picked up my desktop explained whats going on and how they are handling the issue. Which in this instance is repair or replace. All in all perfect experience so far with handling such an issue. I'd give them a good 5 of 5. Edit on 9/4/17 Booted up computer got 5 minutes into watching something online then BOOM catastrophic failure of hardware CPU broke 0 rpms from CPU fan. So faulty cooling system caused everything to go haywire. Either going to need replace whole thing or replace entire cpu assembly. Going to call them tomorrow to see what they are willing/able to do with this given I havent even had this computer over 2 months and this is a faulty hardware issue and these types of computers aren't supposed to have these issues with how little use it gets. Will edit review after they handle the issue to show what they were willing to do and how they handled the issue. Called them up about leasing a gaming desktop. The guy I spoke with Eric (hopefully spelled that right) was extremely patient with my questions looked everything up for me and explained how the process works so I knew what I was getting into. Ended up placing my order based off the information and help he gave me. Found out my order will arrive after the lease wants first payment in full so I called back up given I was told I would be able to set my payment dates and explained my concern. He advised me they would take care of it and allow me to make payment after computer arrived and will set my due dates then. All in all very good experience. While pricing is kind of high it is to be expected when leasing stuff like this so no complaints there. I would recomend doing business here for others provided you aren't a rude customer with unreasonable expectations which I would guess is the basis for negative reviews given most people now adays are demanding, rude, and expect service reps to move the world for them with unreasonable requests. Thanks guys looking forward to my computer arriving and pick up.

Manager is your standard car salesman. You feel dirty when you leave this store. Save your money and go anywhere else.
