Walked in  needed a laptop. I was helped right away. Kid didn't think they had what I wanted got him to look.  Found what I came in for. Was in and out in about 15 min which was exactly what I wanted. Thanks

Great assistance from everyone at Best Buy. Seemed to be knowledgeable about the products in the store, everyone kind of fumbled through the credit card details - it is 0% DEFERRED INTEREST meaning you make the purchase and it is placed on a certain term and as long as that individual purchase is paid off by the end of the term no interest would be due or bill but during the entire term interest is accruing view page 3 of your statements. We also felt having geek squad come out and install a wall mount on our wall for 350.00 was quite ridiculous, so we ended up DIY and we are grateful we saved the money.

The staff is well trained and very knowledgeable, as well as attentive and well mannered and groomed.  They have a great selection of smart home products (all though the shelves were empty on Christmas Eve when I went) all most everything I could be looking for in that category. I like the fact that they will price match with Amazon, and that they stock Amazon products. I have shopped at Best Buy for many years and I know you can't go wrong!

I went in to buy a charger for my Samsung galaxy s7 because my puppy chewed the one that came with the phone. The associated were very kind and helpful. I found out I am able to upgrade my phone now. I chose not to because I don't want to change my plan with my carrier and if I get a new phone I am hoping to pay in full. The associate was understanding and not pushy. Easy to find what I was looking for and it was cheaper than I planned on.
