Made purchase included service agreement called in october to have furniture fixed was told that someone would be out the follwing day and that if i couldn't be fix an apoholster would come out nobody ever showed to fix the furniture called store last week was told TOYA the manager would call me back to set up the appointment still no phone call and furniture is now fully paid for and unusable because the repairs are not done. From the beginning of my experience with this store i've had nothing but poor customer service it is now a month later and still no service has been completed on my merchandise. I'm a Marketing Director and the service at this store is unfathomable. and for a manager not to call someone back is horrible. I am also moving forward to provide the BBB and Yelp with my reviews and paperwork for this experience to hopefully help fix the none existent customer service at the location

Terrible terrible terrible smh I had no other choice but to choose this location to have my furniture delivered they had it and never called me everytime I called them they would place me on hold or either tell me there Gm hasn't come in they wouldn't even take my name or number the women who answer are terrible disgusting nasty attitudes

poor customer service.I walked into the store and they took forever to come out and greet me and then I told one of the Consultants that I was looking at black furniture and i want my the beds to be a Full and he looked at me and said don't you think you need something bigger than that. I said it's no for me . He said ok. I understand now. And I left. That comment was rude and suggestive and the store is hood, blasting rap songs at the front door.

This is the worst rental experience I have ever had. I paid for the bedroom around 15th of March but it wasn't delivered until March 27th. When they delivered the bed they then informed me that they were missing parts and some pieces of the frame got broken. Here is a couple of days before the 15th when the next payment is due and my mattress is still sitting on the floor with the other parts of the frame stacked up against the wall. I called several times with no return calls I made a complaint with the corporate office and when I called back to check on the complaint today The customer service agent informed me that the regional had labeled my case or complaint as resolved. Do not do business with this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I really wish i would have read some of these warnings. PLEASE READ: THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS HERE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I PRE PAID FOR A WASHER AND DRYER. THEN I HAD TO WAIT 4 DAYS TO GET IT BECAUSE THE GM WASNT IN. ON TOP OF RECEIVING MY WASHER AND DRYER LATE , THE WASHING MACHINE LEAKED. WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE THE COMPLAINT MS.KEISHA ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SAID THEIR GM WAS NOT IN AGAIN AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR A REPLY. SO THEN I ASKED IF I COULD JUST CANCEL MY LEASE ALL TOGETHER. ONCE AGAIN SHE DID NOT KNOW AND ID HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN ANSWER TO THAT AS WELL. ON TOP OF ME HAVING TO WAIT MS. KEISHA COPPED A LITTLE ATTITUDE AS IF ANY OF MY PAYMENTS WERE COMING FROM HER. MY PROBLEM ISNT WITH PAYMENTS OR ANYTHING OF THAT NATURE BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO WANT YOUR PAYMENT FOR THAT MONTH AND YOU ARE GOING TO WANT IT ON TIME. SO WHY CANT I GET GET SOME DECENT SERVICE!!!! I SHOULD HAVE EXPECTED NOTHING LESS OF WHAT I GOT AND I HATE TO SAY THAT ITS BECAUSE ITS PREDOMINANTLY RAN BY BLACKS BUT THATS WHAT IT IS. SO PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO ELSE WHERE.
