Absolutely positively the WORST service shop nationwide. Spent 6.5 hours trying to get two steer tires and they refused to honor the advertisement that was hanging over the managers head. Then told they quote "just dont want to do the work". Finally Zack says he didnt have the item in stock. Corporate customer service couldn't fix the issues. Ended up driving away.

Been trucking for 40 yrs. This is the worst place on earth. Besides paying for parking, and worst service ever. I understand that when you're near here and you got to stop. But the restaurant need to fire everybody and start over. When you allow employee's to cuss patrons and tell to leave that's where I draw the line. I will not be disrespected. Some people had been waiting for 30+min. For coffee. I will now try to never stop at a Petri again. Side note my wife's ant worked at the 409 (texas) and trained hundereds of employees and guarantee that she would of fired them all.

Have not stopped their in a long time. Ordered breakfast. Had to keep asking for english muffin. Service sucks . But so does Atlanta. Had this one nut job at the store telling me he thought the world was flat. This guy was an employee.

Wild west !!! Car jacking in parking lot lady was run over by couple guys. Cops came and was reviewing playback allowed all drivers to watch. Security is alright the dude from Trinidad was curtious .

Just read all before this one. Except there's no panhandling here. Middle of the night shop employees like to drag race in the parking lot kind of hard to sleep at 3am during that going on. Don't know about the showers. I've only been here twice that is to stay here. How lazy they are here yeah not having a shower here. Yes I've been in and out of here few times for fuel but only stayed twice. Came here once for work to get done in the shop. Waited for a bit lady asked if she could help. Nah I'm good walked out the door. Mostly was observing before having anything done. Decide to take a chance on a breakdown on the road. But I made it to where I was going anyways.
