Agreed worst place to rent anything from. I cant stand the fact that there is no communication at this store. Everybody tells u something different. Aarons keeps switching their staff from other stores to valpo. The staff they got workin now i swear are on drugs.they blow up your phone cone to ur house at 9pm. Who does that? Worst leasing company ever. Im going to spread the word about these people !!

I had rented a computer from them that I had constant motherboard problems with after they sent it off twice they in turn gave me my choice of any computer on the floor for the same low price that I was paying for the older computer that was far less in value they let me keep making the payments and I still on this computer today with no problems whatsoever I will rent for them again anytime

I have been a customer with the team at the Valpo Aarons for over 5 years. They have always been professional, helpful when I needed to roll a payment to the back of my account, had something broke and needed it fixed... Yes they do call you when you are due.  I call them back and tell them when I will be in and they say THANK YOU.  I was a RentACenter customer prior to them -- not saying anything bad -- but I prefer Aarons.

Worst place ever to get anything from.  They start calling before your payment is due as a reminder and if you don't make your payment on the day it's due they call 3-4 times a day and come to your home. They are very rude and everyone that works there will tell you something different.  Very unprofessional if you need something fast I'd recommend a different leasing company like rent a center who all east waits a week past due before they start coming to your home.
