They used to be good.  AT&T has really slide down hill. I've been a cell phone customer of theirs from the beginning and probably longer than most of you reading this are.. Recently, I had a problem and they couldn't even fix it. I fixed it myself. And I'm cell phone tech NO. Sad thing is that they really didn't seem to be interested. I even went into the Michigan City store. The man said he'd be with me in five minutes. Twenty-five minutes later he sat down and never even said sorry. I've had one glitch after another with their cell phone support service. The overall customer service has really been Yuk!  Last person I spoke with called even me babe and honey. Wow! pretty outta touch.

FYI, Google reviews do work. I was looking for a local AT&T store and came across all these bad reviews. Not one of them have been responded to. Now i'm not going to bother going to this store. Thank you to everyone for their reviews. You saved me a lot of grief.

Absolute wankers work here.  I was told that any return lable I need can be printed off by an AT&T store and I have some guy not listening to me and trying to mansplain to me what I need, which wasn't correct.   He also looked like a slob and I didn't even realize he worked at the store until I could read his shirt.
