Called them on a Wednesday and asked to have an estimate on an antenna install. Was told installer was not in and took my number and was told the installer would call by the end of the day. Did not receive a call back. Called back on Thursday was told that the installer was out all day on Wednesday and that I was next to receive a call. It is now Friday at 9:29pm and I still have not been called to set up an estimate. This company obviously does not value new customers. Hope they treat their current customers better. I found someone else to do the job.

I took my 2270 Marantz receiver in 1/13/16 to have the phono section fixed and install new led lamps ,they also clean all switches  & controls re- soldered cold solder joints , then bench tested for completion ,these guys are great .an a-plus on service and repairs highly recommended    picked up 1/23/16 very fast repair ,thanks bowman electronics
