This shop is amazing. It provides better than dealer quality work for my vehicle. I brought my 2003 4runner for complex transfer gear assembly where they were instrumental in accomplishing this job with such precision. My attraction is they stand behind their work and offer extensive checks and monitor as well as focusing on repairing any other issues that may cause the problem itself. George and Gloria as well other folks in the office are true professionals. They treated my vehicle as their own. I can not believe that I am writing such a review which really sounds quite over done, but it really is what happened this time around for me. Now both my vehicles go to them with such comfort. They stand by what they do.

My experience at AASTRO is always a good one.  I am treated as a very valuable customer.  When I leave I know I'm driving a safe vehicle.  They also let me know what I should check in the future.

I'm pretty unhappy with the whole experience there. No one suggested or considered that my vehicle may be under warranty. They should have suggested it. 

There was a real lack of communication between the receptionist and myself. My car was kept overnight without any notice to me that it would be. 

Overall the staff was friendly and seemed to know what they were doing but they didn't seem to be very customer service oriented. I'm pretty disappointed in it all. They seem to be slightly higher priced than most and somewhat charge happy. 

I won't be using them again.

Quick service, did just what I asked, no hard upsell, excellent work. Highly recommend!
