Was asking some very direct questions about how my alignment was done, as I have confirmed with another shop that it was incorrectly done resulting in thousands lost for new tires. He proceeded to hang up on me right after he told me to to fu** off.  Love dealing with real professionals it’s the absolute best. Would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I have to be honest, I took down a previous review that I wrote out of frustration on the Gilbert Location.  I wrote that review expecting nothing but Jason, the owner took time out of his day, looked up our service history with them and gave me a call.  He explained to me that he saw how much we have had to take my wife's vehicle in realizing that the issue was not properly fixed.  He asked that I let them take another look free of charge and promised to make it right and I value and respect that professionalism to take ownership.  Jason won back my business and it really shows how much he values his customers.  The level of service we have been given in the last 48 hrs from this Arizona Firestone has been second to none.

I've dealt with these guys,  and this location for the last couple of years.  Never any complaints.  They all are awesome in their own way. Thank you,  you guys and gal.

Blew out a tire in the freeway, called Arizona Firestone who was able to get me in very quickly. I even watched Pirates of the Caribbean while I waited, and they investigated the reason the tire got shredded to see if insurance would cover it. Very good service, and descent prices when my insurance didn't cover it. I was happy.

I brought in my car for fixing a flat tire without an appointment. The service was very quick (less than an hour) and professional. I worked in the waiting room, which is very nice, quiet and clean. They didn't even charge anything for patching my tire!
