Appointment setting skills not good at all. My initial appt. was at the same time as 3 other people and I waited an hour to be seen. My reason for going was for major headaches. They tried to schedule blood work for 3 wks later. In my opinion, that's too long to schedule out for blood work and they do it in their own office. Showed up for appt and no one was there at all. They also don't call to confirm appts. So when you get there, they are totally confused.
