I was hesitant about coming here since there are some bad reviews, but, our experience was awesome! My son is 7 and this is his second eye exam. His first was eyemax in mesquite where my son was literally shoved around cause he wasn’t looking the direction the dr wanted him to be?. So I began looking elsewhere for his second exam. Being that I do not wear glasses i did not know what an exam should look like. Now I know. They took their time, were patient with him, gentle, informative, answered all my questions. I just picked up his glasses about a week later. I will update my review if anything changes, but I don’t expect it to. From the reception to the dr. Everyone was wonderful!!!! Highly recommend!

Dr Alexander has been my doctor for 8 years. She is the best! Her entire staff are always so kind. It’s a blessing to know you can completely trust your doctor and her team.

She is a theft. I took my glasses back and tried them on. They all lied and said I didn't try them on.I  read the chart in the back room that's on the door. And I I started having a seizures. She gave me back 305.00 and charged 735.00 to my insurance and would not credit the glasses back. The guy told me my eyes were still the same and never charged since 2019  this was my 2 time trying them but never again. I will be turning them into the BBA. Stay away from them.

The doctor and the full team was amazing. Very seldom do you find both the doctor and the team great. I was truly impressed, I'm very grateful!!! Keep up the great work.

Love this office and Dr. Matthew was very informative on our exam.  Offive was staff was very friendly and welcoming.  Looks like we found a home for our eyes.

Absolutely the best!  She is great with all of my kids ages 5 to 17. We wouldn't go to anyone else!
