KEEP AWAY FROM THIS REALTY!!!!!!! Not a pleasant route when looking for apartments. I was shown multiple units when i decided on one i had to play 1 rent deposit ($2100) to secure the apartment the approval process took about two weeks which i find extremely long wait then to be told that we have been denied for unexpected reasons (WTF) then the so call refund process took even longer and i had to go to the Brooklyn office when i did everything on the Manhattan office

Worst Realty in Brooklyn! All they care about it making money and as soon as they do, they ghost on you!

They have no customer service skills you go in and if the clerk is not at the front desk the other staff hardly speak to you when I went in I said good afternoon I got no response then some asked what I wanted and then she said wait for the clerk which was a while and I left
