Horrible!!! The manager! She's very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Offered no help at all, only rudeness. In more than a few occasions i've made my payments on time but were never processed correctly. Even had my registration suspended at one point.

Aside from one of their employees, which I forgot his name, I have no complaints. The young lady, Melanie, was extremely professional, helpful, patient, and courteous. Even when leaving voice messages, she would call me back within minutes to assist me. I was more than pleased with her customer service.

Stay away from these people. They are extremely rude and offer no help at all and when your trying to contact someone directly, they are never around and the deposit to start your insurance is ridiculosly high.  If you want a good auto or any insurance that only requires you to pay the first month to get you started as suppose to 800+ like first americano does, go with proggressive direct. You will be glad you did.
