I have nothing but good experiences with this company.  When I was really struggling they should up quickly and helped me out and didn't leave me hanging.  Their driver Guy, is one of the nicest drivers that I've ridden with and didn't hesitate to allow me to request him again specifically.  Thank you.

The dispatcher made no mention that the cab would be WELL over an hour wait, causing me to be late for an extremely important meeting. When after an hour I called, she, in a snotty, patronizing tone, informed me he would be there "eventually"..
The reason why I rated it one star was because that's the lowest you could give. In my opinion they rate at negative 5 stars..

The dispatcher told me my cab would be there to pick me up in ten minutes. 30 minutes pass so I call again and he tells me it's too bad someone else took my cab cause he needed the full address? I gave you the full address when I called you? But ok? Not to mention he was extremely rude when I called back. I will never use this service again. That's not the first time they have done that.

Taxis do not arrive on time.  Called a taxi and they showed up an hour and 15 minutes late.  The dispatcher seems to have a hearing problem.  Gave her our address and she said "that's in California!" very frustrating business to work with.
