Wonderful. Called ahead from Seattle and they met me in Boise. Super friendly and reasonable. Used then again to go back to airport. Perfect service and pleasant.

Joe M. was the driver. He was 10-15 minutes late and he parked in a parking lot away from where I was to be picked up. Then proceed to charge me for waiting!!! Was texting and driving as well. If I could give negative stars I would.... It's safer and cheaper to walk.
