Our three children had their first visit here last week. We all loved this office! The dentist was GREAT with all the kids and made them feel relaxed and comfortable. The assistants were also so very sweet and very informative. The only negative would be the receptionist. When we called to schedule the appointment, the receptionist did not ask for the kids names or health insurance information. Before she hung up I asked "wouldn't you like their names?"... and upon the visit, it was a similar experience with front desk. However the dentist and assistants were AWESOME! Not to mention how kid friendly these rooms are! Movies play while the children lay back and have their teeth examined. So glad we found this office.

This office is very unprofessional, the office manager, doctors, hygienists, assistants, and front desk. They are a hot mess. I work in dentistry also and would never talk to or treat my doctor's patients or their relatives the way they do. They need to get it together. The appointments are always behind. No one in this practice goes above and beyond. There is no sense of urgency, it's just ridiculous. Everyone is just there to collect a check, but after this job, what are you going to do next? Find another mediocre job and work that for the rest of your life? I have moved on to another dentist for my son. Their ways are a testament of their character as people, which is appalling. They just don't care or have good customer service, which is why we are leaving.

My daughters really enjoy their visits to the office. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. If you are looking for a great dental office for your child/children I highly recommend ABC Kids Dentistry!

First and foremost the front desk was very unprofessional, especially the Hispanic front desk who's eyes are too far apart who sits on the left when you walk into the office. The waiting time to see the dentist was extremely long, especially when you have smaller kids who are already nervous about being at the dentist. The doctor had very bad bed side manner. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAP!!!!

Terrible experience.! The dentist, Dr. Chase was aloof and unprofessional. Her answer to all of my questions was "I don't know". My child got nothing but a look in her mouth. They had a $99 special going on. We got nothing. It may be because I was a self-pay. Working with my bank to recoup my payment. DON'T TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!
