Driver came in a timely manner. Great service, she was very helpfully with my bags. Also making sure I didn't forget anything when I got out. I asked her what her name was, she said she doesn't like giving it out. I asked if I could request her next time, she advised me she doesn't take request calls. Too bad, I would of advised everyone to ask for her.

Watched cab 34 make zero attempt to avoid hitting an animal. Did not even tap the break. There was no way he did not see it. Disgusting. Not to mention he was going over 30km/hr over the limit. Have only used them twice. Dispatch was okay. Cab driver was nice. Bit of a wait.

While we were watching for our cab we seen him pull up in the driveway and drove off before we got our shoes on. Called to ask what happened to our cab and meet a very unprofessional male on the line, ended up getting hung up on. If there's another option, use it. Won't bother calling these losers again.

Absolutely horrible planning. Ordered a taxi to belleville train station, and the driver picked up someone else entirely. No check for my name, which I gave them. No baggage support either. Thouroughly unimpressed.

Pretty bad dispatcher. Full of attitude and it's almost like his time is being wasted by calling. Can't give you a basic estimate on wait times, it's usually "when it gets there". Wouldn't recommend it.
