Thier drivers NEVER turn o n the meter.  Driver Varfee Kamneh  (2018) said that the company does not use meters for their fare.  I had to insist he provide me with a receipt that I am SURE his dispatcher will  have no record of but if they want I can provide them with a copy.  This ass was rude and a crook.  He told me next time to take Uber or Lfyt.......GUESS WHAT I WILL.  Called the company at 1:30pm   and told no one was there to take my complaint.  To the taxi commission i go.

They never pick up when you call, sometimes you be on the line for 3-5 mins before someone answer, then their prices are never the same even though I call them from the same place to get to the same place everyday.

I just called after getting off the train, this is the closest cab service and the dispatcher was very rude and told me it was too far from them which it's not. I'm only going eight miles but I'd rather not walk it alone as the sun is setting, I have plenty of cash and would've tipped well, their loss
