Been with this doctor for over 15 years. Recently tried to make an appointment due to serious medical concerns. Was told i could have an appointment in a week because the doctor "doesn't see patients on wednesdays". Then was told that they don't accept outside insurance. Cash only or employer. "Sorry, we can't help you." was the response. No care or concern for my health. No referral to another doctor. After 15 years....Just cold. Whats funny is I've always had the feeling that this guy was greedy and in it for the money (based on my previous experiences with him). Today was the confirmation. Wish I could give negative stars. Truly disappointed.

I will say Dr nawabi and his staff can't be more professional then this I'll give them 5 star because he is a great doctor and very kind person

My wife and I have been seeing Dr.Nawabi for 12 years now.  As you would expect from any doctor, he is extremely knowledgeable and professional.  What sets him apart is his experience.  The tenure of his practice has clearly enabled him to quickly and accurately diagnose issues and help me remedy them.  Further, his experience within the local area allows him to provide specialist referrals that have been outstanding. I look forward to remaining a patient for many years to come.

I have been seeing this physician for many years. I moved to Orange County a few back and I have another primary care. However, when my other physicians can't figure out what is wrong, he always comes through. I'm not really sure why these other reviews are negative. Dr. Nawabi is a brilliant physician has resolved many health problems for me, my family, and friends. He is compassionate and knows the true meaning of empathy. I referred a friend of mine who had liver cancer whom I found out later didn't have insurance. He took care of him for 18 months pro bono until he passed away. I wish there were more physicians like him especially in OC, where I live. Thank you Dr. Nawabi for all your hard work and dedication to our health and well being.

I went to this doctor for help with weight loss. My initial consult was about 15 minutes and cost $190. I got a prescription which I filled. At the end of the prescription, I tried to contact the doctor via phone calls, faxes, and emails, informing him that the medication was not working and can he call me to discuss our next step. He did not call and follow-up attempts met with the same result. I explained to the reception person that another consult would cost me $90. I would like to first speak to the doctor to see if there are other options. And if he said there are, I would make an appointment. However, he still did not return my call. He finally did call, was curt and short with me, saying there were NO FURTHER OPTIONS. Seemed all he wanted was my money. I'm sure he would gladly have accepted another $90 to tell me the same thing.
