I went to Dr. Fettman for surgery on my thyroid. He did not rush us. He answered all our questions and patiently explained everything that would happen. On the day of the surgery, he came in and was willing to answer any more questions. The surgery went as expected. i appreciate his patience and willingness to spend time with us as we made our decisions.

So been suffering from ear problems for the last 6 months finally decided to make an appointment with them and Tricia kho was the appointed doctor she was absolutely rude and condescending towards us saying that ear drops were too expensive for us to afford she didn't even conduct a thorough check so in less than two minutes i was told in my ears look perfect she didn't do any cleaning nothing just put a light in my ear and she assumed I was OK I'm a cash patient paid upfront $175 and she said to me oh you're not insured patient you're cash patient you don't get discounts on prescribed medication I asked what's the price of the drops she assumed we couldn't afford and her answer ($75 ) set me off I said thought you'd say $1000 I told her what's expensive for you is pocket change for me so don't worry about me not being able to afford it, hate them all they're phony so I didn't get an answer to all of my ear complaints, I'll have to find a real professional instead of a stupid ignorant rude and condescending female who is not doing a damn thing for me don't go to this place!!!

Original office visit seemed okay. Called the next day because I had problems with my sinus and could not breathe. Was told by the office that she would forward the message and get back to me. Never heard back from them. Either the office is not very efficient or the doctor is too busy. My original appointment was changed twice. Don't think I'll be back.
