I do not know why most of the people here have negative comments but our experience was outstanding! We experience no problem at all! The shuttles arrived very quickly to and from the airport. Somebody directed us to a vacant spot so we easily parked our car and they have friendly staff. If you know how to read and follow the signs then there would be no hassle.

What a nightmare. I was looking for long term parking, accidentally took the exit to short term parking and couldn't turn around, so I swiped my credit card to get into the lot thinking I could pay the $3 to get out. I've done that many, many times when parking at the airport. This time, the machine wouldn't recognize my credit card when I tried to swipe out, and the attendant couldn't figure out how to let me out of the lot. I stayed there for 30 minutes with the attendant trying to figure out how to let me pay $3 to let me out of the lot, and when he couldn't figure it out, I had to stay in the lot so I wouldn't miss my flight. I paid $90 instead of $25 to park for 3 days and then when I got back from my flight, they STILL couldn't figure out how to let me out of the lot. Finally they charged the same credit card I'd swiped to enter the lot, so the problem was not with my credit card. I've tried calling ABIA parking customer service three times and left messages and no response. The contact form on the website doesn't work, either.

I've had a few bad experiences with the pay booths here. 

My most recent experience went a bit too far. I parked in the overflow parking, which should cost $7 per day. Was there for 4 days... $28, right?

Nope! $1,001.00!!!

They made zero effort to contact me, which could have been done through the credit card that I used to pay. I'm just happy that my wife checked the statement. Imagine how that conversation started... Why did you spend $1,000 at the airport?!

Ridiculous!

You may think it's convenient since its at the airport,  but the time you spend waiting to get a shuttle on your return flight is horrendous.  Save time and stress by using one of the many different parking lots that aren't run by the airport.

It is always not very clear where is the short or long term parking is like they like you to get the incorrect one so you pay more.
