I really like the Parking Spot East (the West is great too). As a Parking Spot Club member reservations are always free. Communications from PS are timely and helpful. Check in is easy and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The shuttle van drivers are super nice and always help with the luggage (loading and unloading). The shuttles are so bright and unique it's easy to spot them in the airport traffic. When you exit the lot, paying out is very easy. On my last trip (two weeks ago) the cashier gave me an extra 10% off (on top of my coupon) because I had to wait a couple of minutes on her to check someone in to the lot. They always offer you cold bottled water when you pay out. Very nice people and I definitely will continue to use the Parking Spot East.

I have used this service twice now. Both times were great experiences. Friendly, helpful staff. Prompt delivery to the airport and easy to get a shuttle when arriving back at airport. The customer service is phenomenal. Not something you see much of lately. Will definitely use again in the future!

The service was great. Each shuttle driver was very professional and helped with my bags. I appreciated being dropped off at my car and being given an individual ticket so I did not have to memorize the location. I also ended up using a coupon from AAA which was great and helped make an affordable option even better! I was also impressed by the woman who checked me out as she was very cheerful and even offered me a bottle of water for no extra charge; it was exactly what I needed after a long day spent on planes and in airports. I will definitely use the service again!

I love knowing that I have a reserved, covered spot for my car when I am rushing around trying to get to the airport. Checking in has been so smooth and quick. The shuttle has met me at my car within minutes of my arrival. The drivers have been great! Everyone I have come into contact with has been so pleasant making the experience great. The last time I came back i was walking out when I saw the shuttle pulling out. I was bummed thinking I would have to wait. As I was walking to the pickup area there was already another shuttle there! No waiting at all, we were on our way within 5 minutes. I used the self check out this last time just to see how it worked. Easy peasey. I will use The Parking Spot for every trip and have recommended them to others as I think they have exceptional service

Appreciated the quick pick up at the airport when called at 2am. The water bottles offered complimentary when leaving. The great price. The driver even circled back to our parking space to give us a bag we had left on the shuttle. That’s going the extra mile.
