Extremely unsatisfied. I could not believe that there were no built in child safety seats on a public bus. A couple weeks ago me and my two children needed to go to the grocery store. I called abingdon public transit who said the bus didnt run this way on that particular day. So we walked to the store where we ran into some neighbors who were there waiting on the bus to go wherw we had been told it wasnt going that day. So we waited along with them until the bus arrived but for nothing
 My children and i had to walk because the buses around here arent equipped with built in child restraints like the public transportation we were accustomed to where we lived previously. I cannot stress enough how dissatisfied with abingdon public transit. I had to give it one star because i had no choice for less than that.
