I wanted to take the time to let you know about the wonderful overall experience I had with your facility and an agent of your facility. I purchased a grand piano from Chris Mayor and I have to tell you that he was one of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only did he make it affordable for me, but he even went so far as to save me the trouble of finding a transport company and scheduled the delivery from Florida to Maryland for me. I'll admit I was a little hesitant about purchasing such an expensive item without having the ability to see or play it. However, Chris was extremely thorough in its description and sent additional pictures as requested. There was an issue with a couple of the keys sticking, but he had that taken care of before delivery so it wouldn't be an issue. His prompt response(s) through text and e-mail gave me a feeling of confidence and trust which really was the determining factor on why I purchased from him. We are working with Chris to auction off paintings from our mother's estate. Chris is very ethical and knowledgeable. He advised us to auction rather than sell paintings as it would be the best deal for us. We enjoyed working with him!

We consigned some of our families belongings late in 2014. Craig was very straightforward with us and gave us honest advice. After the sale we were paid promptly and very satisfied with the results. Would consign again!
