The manager, Ms. Arrigo is unprofessional. She promises one thing and one price the first time and then the prices all of a sudden rise and your orders don't come as promised. She promises to call back but I had to call myself. The store lost a great customer. I don't suggest anybody to come here.

This was one of the most uncomfortable places I have been. The desperate sales flunkies are at the front door ready to pounce on you 4 seconds from walking in the door. And then they ask you a couple of questions Not Caring what you are saying you now have 2 flunkies puting a whole bunch of crap on front of you and they are both chirping stuff at you Not to you But At you. Now the worst part of the hole thing is you have also this Rent a Stooge checking me out and made me feel so so uncomfortable. That did it I was Done

Make sure you get the prices up front.  Told the salesperson that I did not want to spend more than $1,000, paid for the ring.  2 months later when the ring was ready, they said I owed an additional $400.  $150 in taxes (that could only be charge when I picked up the ring) and $250 because the diamonds on my ring were bigger than the one I picked out in the store.  They realized they were giving me a better ring than what they sold me 2 months prior, so they had to make up their mistake somehow. Buyer beware!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I don't know what store you guys are all talking about but my experience was wonderful! I came in with my best friend to look at wedding bands for me and to get her ring sized...to say the least a week later me and my fiance came back to make the purchase. I LOVE THIS STORE!
