When visiting Mac makeup inside Macy’s I decided to have my makeup done. I approached an employee who went above and beyond. I did not have an appointment and they were slightly busy so I figured there would be no chance. I was told to wait a moment and within minutes I was seated in a chair and makeup was starting to be applied. Not only did she accommodate me but did the most amazing job! I just want to say THANK YOU to Robyn!!!! I will be back again to see you in the near future 😁

i bought a very expensive watch at the Galleria location about 18 months ago. However it is now loosing time and it must be reset every week. I returned to the store so I could get service on my Citizen watch but was told after 30 days I was on my own. no service is available. Even Sears offers some service after the sale. This is the realm of Walmart and Target. When I was shopping for this a watch I found this exact one cheaper online but thought I was buying from a special/reputable store who would be there after the sale. This is not the case. Macy's appears to now only sell and nothing more. This is sad for what was once a great store. I can imagine a day when they would have helped me contact the manufacturer or at least offer to send it out for repair. I should have bought it online and saved some money and still receive the same dismissive customer service.

Guy in the tuxedo shop can't multi-task so we spent 40 minutes watching him dick around when all we needed was to try on a tux and get out the door. Once he finally made it over we got the tux on, fit perfect and we were gone about 6 minutes later. If you want competence, don't come here.

Go see Bola at at Ralph Lauren upstairs. She is just wonderful. Also the girls at Inc are very nice (just cannot remember their names.)

Great place to shop, great discount and they have a Starbucks on the 2nd floor you can't go wrong with that ;)
