I was working on an assignment. I had my parking paid. In the garage all parking spots were marked reserved. I am an elderly lady and did not know I had to keep on driving up to find NON RESERVED parking. It was 9PM at night no businesses were open. I parked in a companies spot and got a $50.00 ticket. There were no cars anywhere at that time of night. I can not believe that this his happened. Do not park at the parking lot at Exchange Place..they have no customer service sympathy.

AMB is hands down the worst customer oriented business I have ever delt with. They are extremely ambiguous on who does what within the comapy, extremely disorganized, and hands down incompetent. They bill you from the 1st to the 31st regardless of you're use or when you sign up. If you sign up on the 28th, you have to pay for they entire month. The same applies of you want to cancel service on the 1st, they still charge you for the entire month. The worst part, is when you go to the office and ask about the terms, no one wants to take responsibility and just tells you to contact you're lot manager (who is never at the office). Even when trying inquire about the terms, the manager was never responsive until the day I tried to cancel. Dean Allred is the manager that I have attempted to work with and is absolutely horrible. There are plenty of lots close by that don't treat you as poorly as this company. Do some due diligence and don't go through the hoops I have.

Please be aware that even if the arm is up, and the tickets do not print, you will be charged the full $10 fee, despite the practices of most lots in the area. This applies even if you stay less than the maximum time. This is not obvious to anyone entering the lot. They were polite when I called, though, and only charged me $5 for a "first time" mistake.
