A Cautionary Tale...returned by parking pass on Nov 15th, 2016 and have been given the run around for getting it back. Here it is Feb 9th 2017 and i got transferred to someone in one of their booths. I think they should just tell you that the deposit is non-refundable if they have no intentions of refunding it at all.

RUDE. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. I called to ask a few questions and the woman on the line kept cutting me off, stating "as I previously mentioned," when my question was not remotely related to whatever she "previously stated". I finally had to ask her to stop cutting me off so I could have a chance to ask my questions, get answers, and get the hell off the phone with her. Look elsewhere for parking services; there are tons of options around for much cheaper.

I park at an office building in downtown SLC, for which they operate the parking garage. I have no choice but to deal with them. I've been a loyal, paying customer for 3+ years, with on-time payments coming directly out of my paycheck. Recently they raised rates, I had to make a one time adjustment to my deduction in order to bring my account, which had gone $5 a month behind for a couple months, up to date. In so doing, my autopay got dropped. Without realizing this had happened, I went two months unpaid, and once I realized, made another adjustment to my paycheck to make a $300 payment to bring it up to date. This adjustment needs to be made 1 month before payment. In the meantime, my parking pass got deactivated. I understood why this happened, and called to explain the situation and get it fixed. I was told my only option was to pay in full immediately, or my case was going to collections. I explained that I had already arranged the payment, and I couldn't undo it. The payment would come out of my next paycheck. Not good enough. I explained that if I paid today, I would be overpaid, can I get a refund when that happens? No. I'll have a balance credit. I asked if there were any other options. None. I told the manager that I understood why they had so many poor ratings on Google, and thought that his service was poor. He then began to lecture me that it was my responsibility (which I never denied, though I believe the circumstances were mitigating) to keep track of my bills, and that this is how the world works. He turned the discussion into a moral argument, that I "should have known" and that I would have received two letters showing past due (which I throw directly in the trash, since I autopay) and explained to me how if it was a house mortgage I would lose my house, because you know, I'm a child a need things explained to me. I can't even wrap my head around the lack of customer service. My head is reeling in confusion. I kindly tried to explain my situation and somehow it turned into a morality lecture... Granted by the end I wasn't very nice... after being talked down to like a child.

The facilities aren't automated, so if your car is there past a certain time (I think about 9pm), they just leave a yellow ticket on your windshield charging you $10 outright. Really weird. Also, the phone number above doesn't work... no one will answer your call.
