Do Not Park here!!! Be Warned. They will give you a ticket of $35.00 and there are no signs that warns you about the fine if you park there or any prices for parking. They have false advertisement saying is a free public parking. No it is not. They just want you to park and once you are gone they'll fine you. Thats how they make their money. It is a shame the state allows these scams.

It's a parking enforcement business; how well can they really be liked? Ha! However, I will say that I had a great customer service interaction with a rep named Dylan. I was extremely upset over a miscommunication and citation; Dylan was extremely level headed and got me taken care of. While little mistakes will always be made, customer service can always be excellent. And it was. Thanks Dylan!

Prefer this over economy parking at the airport. I like the loyalty rewards card that gets you free parking for a few days, an oil change, or car clean after you've parked there a few times. They've helped me fill a flat tire and jump a dead battery. I also like the car wash. Word of warning though that the car wash is out of order 50% of the time.

First time using this lot/service in Salt Lake. Poor customer service. Upon arrival I let them know up front I was a first time user and needed help. When they thought I was valet parking they were making sure they could help, but as soon as I mentioned that I was self parking the service ended and no longer helpful. In fact when I made uninformed decisions on where to park they where more than happy to lecture me and let me know that I had done it wrong. I guess you have to pay extra for customer service and help!

Dont park here. Dispite the signs, you WILL get a ticket parking here. Park anywhere else, or park at trax and ride into town. It will be cheaper.
