Terrible service - no pizza. Ordered online today, and after waiting for over 90 minutes to receive pizza called in to the restaurant. The first associate I spoke with claimed I hadn't actually placed an order; after literally reading off the confirmation email the associate suddenly "found" our order and claimed it would be ready in another 25-30 minutes. I declined, stating I'd prefer a refund, and that my two hungry children weren't going to wait a full two hours or more for pizza. The associate immediately hung up the phone on me. I called back, and asked to speak with a manager to receive a refund. Instead of apologizing for the miscommunication, the manager attempted to lecture me on the fact that my cell phone must have disconnected the call. I replied that I simply wanted a refund, and would be happy to discuss this at a later date - right now I wanted to feed my family. I took my family to mod pizza, placed our order, came home and sat down to eat. After we were nearly finished eating, a delivery driver came to our door with pizza, stating "we completely comped this pizza for you, you may as well eat it." Um, no. I may as well not. Let me restate - after waiting for over 90 minutes, I drove to A DIFFERENT PIZZA PLACE, got food, brought it home, ate it, and THEN they showed up at my house with my original order. No, thank you. I'd highly recommend against this Abo's location. Other locations across the metro are stellar, as I've eaten at them in the past. Not sure what the disconnect is between barely adequate customer service and their customary business practice of lecturing a customer on how to use a cell phone. There's lots of pizza down here in the ranch. Choose somewhere that actually wants to bring you food.

food is amazing best pizza in town!But the people who work there are not very professional the place is very dirty it smells like cigarettes and it takes forever to get your food. I would give five stars for food one star for the service

Amazing pizza!! Online ordering is simple and easy to navigate. Delivery was prompt and the driver was courteous and professional. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Consistently good quality for over 10 years. You can count on Abo's for good pizza, service, and a clean restaurant.

Very disappointed with a cashier's damage control. Dialed in to place a pickup order. Requested to get it ready 70 min after my call. A woman on the other end accepted my order. I dropped by the store 70+ min and was told it had been only 26 min. I told the guy behind the counter I called an hour and 10 min ago. He said to me, ”I doubt that's the case". With that, I showed him my calling record on my cell. He seemed to finally believe me. Although they got to my order right away, he was not apologetic. He said, "It's Friday. We're busy." I'm busy too. I had to wait for 25 min for my pizza. My wife and 2 kids had to wait, too. And, I ended up passing the full price. At this point in time, I don't have a good reason to go back and spend another dollar at the business. Very unfortunate.
