Ordered for delivery at 7:25pm. 40 minutes later i called and they told me they were out of bread but a new batch was made. 30 more minutes and still no delivery but a promise. I'm writing this at 9:15pm. They don't answer their phone and No food. Terrible experience and dishonest employees. Please avoid.

Paid extra for avacodo, didn't get avacodo. Bread was hard and dry. No a good sandwich.

ZERO STARS. Ordered my sub at 7:45pm I work in a very busy office across the street and didn’t realize until a 9:15pm that I didn’t get my food. Called JJ’s Dylan the manager couldn’t tell me the problem just that is on the way, OK fine better late than never. Nope completely soggy the wrapper was even noticeably wet, come on guys. Gets better. Called Dylan back, now they are all out of bread and the only thing he could do to make the situation right was offer me a free dine in sub. NOT GOOD ENOUGH DYLAN!!! I’ll have to go without diner tonight as I am too busy to leave the office. THANK YOU! Oh yeah! The driver said he couldn’t find it THEY DELIVER TO THIS OFFICE DAILY.

2 hours 35 minutes to get my sandwich. Freaky slow! They comped my order, but this wasn't the first time this happened. I feel bad for the guys who work there. Hire more guys to help them out!!

Just ordered from Jimmy Johns website for delivery. It was here in less than 15 minutes & order was perfect. Very impressed!
