Some of the staff is nice, friendly and professional but the quality of services is just plain poor.  I've tried to politely speak with management through the year and a half that I've visited here but haven't gotten anything but "deer in the headlights" look from management.  
Review - 
If your a busy person and you tend to make hair appointments a day or two before, you WILL get dirty looks from previous stylists that you've worked with. 
(I happily go to Flaunt now) 
If you discuss getting hair extensions... you will be given a stylist that will scoff if you ask about any other types of extensions that she obviously is too good for and she will tell you that "someone else does those...." and waves a hand in your face.  
(Flaunt again for hair extensions)
 If you get waxing you have either large patches left on your legs or you get screamed at by the old black haired northern European lady to "LAY BACK DOWN!!" 
(I decided to never go back and got laser hair removal done at Belcara Health)
I've gotten a facial done here and had  almost no extractions done although I specifically asked for it. Although they massaged my hands for most of the time there.  
(I go to Balcara Health for Facials now) 
They do not offer a gel nail services but offer old school shellac..... which of course actually cost more than gel and starts to bubble and peel off within a week. 
(I go to QQ nails and spa on 36th. Cheaper and lasts much longer) 
The only shining quality in the place is Alexis for my eye lashes. 
And Miss Nay for massages.

Ella did a phenomenal job on my hair! I added more blonde to it since my hair is getting darker with not being in the sun as much this winter. I showed her pictures from this summer and she matched it! Such a sweet lady too!

I've had only good experiences here , I can't go often but last October, Olga took care of me because 1 of my sons was getting married that weekend (2015) and I brought my youngest son's girlfriend. Got our hair done and light makeup, my eyebrows shaped for first time.  It was very nice and relaxing and I even bought a few products,

my mother works their and it  the best salon in the world they work to hard so be greatful  and she has worked their for 17 years and her name is yelana idrissi and she is the best hair cutter in the universe try to make an opontment

About faces in Towson is really nice. Very clean and friendly workers. I recommend getting a hot some massage by chuck he was amazing! This was my first visit but I plan to go again. Defiantly worth the money
