If you have never been to the Spa world korean spa in Virginia, then Seoul Spa is a great introduction to the Korean spa experience. While the facilities themselves arent particularly impressive, my first visit here was good, because the place was empty. There may have been 10 people total seen during my time there. This made the smallness totally perfect. I would not want to be there on a crowded day. I went in the middle of the day Friday. Mid day seems to be the best time to have the place to yourself.

It seems abandoned when you first walk into the building that houses it, but once upstairs an oasis ensues. It's more expensive than it used to be, but still a great place for relaxation if you're not a germaphobe. The food is authentic and tastes great. The gym is also nice (there's a ping pong and foos ball table). Will visit again.

I love this place! Having to go through a creepy dead mall to get to it is part of the atmosphere! Quiet, relaxing, authentic, rundown, weird, it’s got it all!

I am very disappointed yesterday when I enter the spa. The front desk even did not mention to me that their warm water pool does not work. Well, the hot-water pool turned into a warm-water pool, so, the is no hot-water pool at all. I guess the business is really low at this spot, so, they tried to save the money.
Worse than that, the steam room does not work too.
Basically I wasted my money there.
Never go back again.
