Very poor customer service.

The best.  I've been a patient of Dr. Daniels for several years now, and I wish all of my doctors were this thorough and knowledgeable.  There's no pressure towards a specific course of action, and every option is thoroughly explained- multiple times if needed- until you're sure you understand.  No problem answering questions about whatever he's explained, and if you ask about something you've heard of/seen/read somewhere it's not treated any differently- he patiently addresses your concerns/ questions.  Plus, he's a straight shooter, and he's the kind of doctor who doesn't mind sharing what he would do if it were him- which some people may not like, but I find helpful.  Always polite and pleasant, and I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes before I'm seen.  The two times (in roughly 4 years) that has happened, the first time the office called me ahead of time to notify me that there would be a wait and asked me if I wanted to reschedule, and the second time an emergency cropped up after I had left my house- they had tried calling- so they informed me before I could even sign in in case I didn't want to wait.  Awesome customer service.  I won't go anywhere else.

Terrible. Purchased a Groupon and they never fully honored it.  Claimed the machine was broken and it was sent out for service.  This continued over the course of 6 months beginning in early March.  Every time I called, "It will be back in 4-6 weeks".  Fast forward to September... same issue.

Needless to say I called my credit card company and reported their activities as fraud and also contacted the BBB.  Note: I was not the only person that encountered this problem (everyone seeing toenail fungus treatments with a laser had this problem).

Fantastic team of professional, knowledgeable doctors who really know how to get their patients back on their feet.  Their day spa is a great little add-on as well!

Highly recommended to anyone!
