We just had Above Board install engineered hardwood flooring in our living room, dining room, sunroom and new kitchen. Impressions Denali wheat and they are absolutely beautiful. A shout out to Philemon and his crew of installers especially RG. Could not be happier!

These guys were GREAT!!!! Andrew and his staff were extremely professional when it came time to make my floors look like new again. I was extremely impressed how he was able to take my old floors and change the color and feel of the entire house. I highly highly recommend Above Board Flooring.

Andrew's overall facilitation was very efficient. Denny was an excellent installer who was both very professional and courteous. The floor looks great and we are very happy with the result. Mike's customer service was excellent. We felt like someone was continuously in touch to ensure that the job was done correctly.

horrible customer service. not reputable. they installed flooring that needed repairs, took months to get someone to come look at the issue and then they never followed up to come back to repair as they stated they would. I finally get a repair appointment. an employee called me the night prior stating everything was set up for tomorrow and then the installer didnt show up and I was told that was my fault because they tried calling. hmm I talked to an employee the night before. The employees do not communicate with each other they dont know what the other is doing and it impacts the customer in a VERY negative way. its been a year since the initial install and still no progress on repairs. Please be VERY careful if you do business with Above Board Flooring and be prepared to wait months if you have issues. there is a real lack of customer service and respect.

Hard to believe they stay in business with customer service like this. Tried to "get away" with a higher price, argued with us about a quoted price for moving furniture, fired the salesperson and the replacement nor the owner never visited our job to see what they were charging us for, installers made a dusty mess with no warning that it was going to happen ( and could have easily done their cutting on a cover patio right outside a door from where the work was going on!), complete incompetence around how to trim around a fireplace, and an expectation that they were going to charge us more once they figured out a lame answer to the problem -- 3 weeks after the rest of the job was done!
