I am currently unable to open my new restaurant, because Clark Royal was hired, by my landlord, to complete the site-work for our drive-thru.  Clark Royal subbed it out to a sub contractor whose Bond had lapsed, and license had expired.  Even with my plumber and General Contractor doing everything possible to help them (with no compensation, but because they want to help me), Clark Royal is now weeks past the target completion date.  Now, it's too wet to do the site-work, so it sits untouched.  As I develop more projects, I will make sure that Clark Royal is NOT considered.  They couldn't care less that this is costing me thousands of dollars a week to sit unopened.
