Abra is great, I was kept well informed ever step of the repairs.  This is the second time they have fixed my car, I've been very happy with the repairs both times.  I trust them with  my car!!

Dropped my car off last week without calling first and they got it in right away. Damage was front end extensive but took just under a week to repair. Drop off was easy and friendly. Received calls and text updates. Picked up my car quickly and got on with life.

Felt obligated to write this review in light of the negative reviews I've seen.  The folks at ABRA in Oswego were polite, friendly, and efficient.  My work was completed exactly when they said it would be, which was sooner than I even expected going in the door the first time.  They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, and my vehicle looks PERFECT.

Very slow service and poor customer service. They also tried telling me that my truck needed about $1000 worth of parts that my insurance company wouldn't pay for after arguing with them they finally agreed to let me come look at my truck and see what it needed and the suspension parts that they told me were bent and need to be replaced were actually just fine !! I will NEVER take another vehicle again

DON'T GO HERE!!!!  Setting up the appointment, getting an estimate and working with my insurance was the easy part... initially.  Then the problems started.  Repairs were not ready on time.  Customer service and quality control are terrible.  An employee took a front wheel off my car took to inspect for damage... found a puncture that was not part of claim, sent me pics to verify why it couldn't be fixed but then put wheel back on without tightening lug nuts.  Since it wasn't part of claim work order, quality inspection missed checking nuts were torqued down.  Soon after getting my car back front wheel almost fell off on RT 59 on my way to work shortly after dropping off my 2 yr old son to daycare.  Not happy, called, they offered to fix it.  Brought car back in, they tightened nuts but because wheel had been moving on studs while driving studs were damaged.  They didn't check, just tried to tighten 'em.  Had to have a 3rd party tire shop then repair tire leak, but couldn't get wheel off bc ABRA screwed up the threads.  Had to pay to fix that and now ABRA is saying not their fault.  The best part is the guy who handled all this and was responsible even has the audacity to brush it off, say it wasn't their fault and then when cornered, flat out lie about removing the wheel.  You took pictures idiot.  Mike S., I hope your management sees this and you get a nice talking to b/c you are less than worthless.
