I bought a used mustang convertible the other day from River View Ford. I had a good experience with my salesman, Rich. Rich was very friendly and helpful. He was not pushy at all, which made the experience so much better. I felt I got a good price for the car and that the dealership worked with me on it. After taking delivery of the vehicle, about 5 minutes into my long drive home, the service engine soon light came on. Obviously, I was not happy and quite concerned. But after contacting the dealership and bringing the car back in the next day, the car was fixed. They stood by the car they sold me and fixed the issue(which was not a big issue at all). All in all, I was very happy with my experience with River View and I would purchase another vehicle there in the future. Also, the service department was great and if I lived closer I would definitely be bringing both my new used car and my other car there for service. I recommend them as a dealer and a service department.

Service is always great, but I'm sick and tired of the emails stating that I missed my appointment when my truck is already there!! Then I get the same story, sorry. Well there not sorry because they do it all the time. So this last time I said if you're really sorry then pay my bill. I'm always bringing in my truck to RIVER VIEW FORD for service, you can easily look just like looking at my truck in your yard, and when my truck was done not a word just here is your bill. Heck if I'm going to be treated this way by Ford I guess I'll be looking at other truck manufacturers. FORD giving me a new opinion on customer appreciation, " Just shut up and pay your bill " loyalty doesn't mean anything anymore.

I was looking for a pick-up truck for my son. John Hennessy took in a trade from a long time customer who always had the truck serviced with him. He held the truck until I could bring my son in to look at it and then gave us a great price. I highly recommend him and his dealership!
