The people here were almost too friendly but that is good for bringing customers back.
This place took care of me.
I will say my only complaint would be how long it took. 
But my rental was covered, so. I'm happy.

The service on my car was just fine. But the customer service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend going through them

I recently had someone back into me at a parking lot and had to have my bumper cover repaired via an insurance claim.  It was supposed to be simple, but my car's color turned out to be quite challenging to match.  I was working with Marcia, the general manager, who was incredibly patient with me as a customer and understood my desire for a good match of the paint.  After 4 unsuccessful tries to match the paint, she called in the PPG paint rep and they worked together to get a PERFECT match which solved the need for the larger job of blending into the body.  To summarize, the customer service I received was BEYOND fantastic and I would certainly do work with them again.

The most unhelpful, unprofessional, time wasting and cop-out business I've ever encountered. Do yourself a huge favor and don't even consider this place a last resort!
