I took my Toyota Pickup here because it kept popping out of gear. Steve at the front desk was extremely helpful and told me that I needed a new transmission after he drove it around the block to diagnose it. He helped me to find an affordable used transmission as well. My truck was ready in two business days, my only negative is that they didn't contact me until 20 minutes before they closed in order to inform me that my Truck was ready. I'm glad I live nearby, otherwise I might not have been able to get my truck until the next day. The work they did seems to be solid, and my truck is running like new now!

Checked my car for check engine light. They supposedly fixed it. The following week check engine light came back on. I went back to give them ny car. They charged me another diagnosis and told me my check engline light just needs to be turned off. The following day, the hose near engine broke and caused alot of coolant to spill on the engine. I took it to another mechanic shop on evergreen way in Everett . They were better. I don't recommend this place. Waste of time and money.

Misdiagnosed my problem. Kept having delay after delay after delay. When they said it was done it had the exact same problem it started with.

Honest, fair, and caring with loaner cars ! The manager is a local man with 51 years in auto repair !

My car was fixed about 10 months ago, but the problem came back. New owner accepted the warranty from previous owners and fixed my car for $0. New management seems more experienced and honest.
