Best hair braider ever!!! This is my second time getting my Senegalese twist in and i love It. She took her time and did not rush. My head was barely sore after twisting it and after the second day my head does not feel sore at all. I highly recommend absa, she works with you and her prices are reasonable. Great customer service.

I love Absa!!! My hair is always on point, prices are reasonable and I still have my edges😘😘😘 👍🏾 And maybe the Rita lady mentioned the wrong shop because there is a private room in the back with curtains so that no one can see you... privacy is not an issue👀

Horrible service. The first time I went, my appointment was for 2pm, she called me twice to push back my appointment an hour each time. When I got there, I still had to wait 3 hours to get my hair done (desperate). Within 3 days, 4 of my braids fell out in the back. I called her and she told me she would redo them. She told me that all I had to do was walk in and she will stop whoever hair she was doing to redo my 4 braids. This was a lie. She told me she was not ready and I had to wait for 2 hours (desperate again). I thought I would give her one last chance by scheduling to get my daughter's hair done. She told me that she would personally do my daughter's hair, she was a lie. When I got there, somewhere else was there to do my daughter's hair. The woman was very rough on my 9 years old daughter's hair, she never once asked if my daughter was okay while my daughter cried (honestly, it hurts my heart that I didn't stop her at the time), I didn't realize exactly how much my daughter was in pain until afterwards when my daughter told me. But she seen my daughter cry and didn't stop to ask how she was feeling and never said anything. I do not recommend Ebsa. This is my God honest experience. I tried 3 times and horrible service each time. Also, I will mention her watching "A Playa's Club" while my kids sat there waiting for me to get my hair done, she did not care about the sex scenes with my 9 year olds (twin), they had to cover their eyes. Even after someone said this was too much for them to watch. When my daughter got her hair done, she watched "Titanic" with the sex scene. This is my truthful testimony. No more Ebsa for me! (I wish I could give a ZERO star).
