Customer Service is excellent. If you want a friendly atmosphere and treated right at home this is where to come for your natural hair care needs. The owner is well educated in making sure you receive the type of service that best meet your needs.

I visited the salon to get braids. I was dissatisfied with the service and overall finished product. I also dislike that you're quoted one price over the phone and day of the service the price increases by 50%. I realize that the service you're receiving may be higher in cost, but it's very unprofessional to not discuss the change prior to rendering service. Don't hit your clients with a sticker shock upon completion of service without first discussing cost!

My Mother has gone completely natural and loved her hair! For the first time in her salon experiences she found professionals who appreciate and focus on natural hair.
