I went to get a Brazilian wax yesterday. The lady who did my waxing was super nice but her work was not up to par. She seemed in a rush and would pull the wax strip which ever way she pleased. Even though I was the last patient of the day she should have taken her time to do quality work.The next day I could run my hand over the supposed to be hairless area. But to my surprise I actually still had quite a bit of hair still there. I have blond hair so you can't really see the hairs. But you can easily feel them. I'm pretty disappointed.

The receptionist and the girl that worked on my eyebrows were very nice. I got my eyebrows tinted and she missed a lot of parts on my eyebrows and she got the end of one in the wrong spot so now I have a dark line not even close to my eyebrow and I can't blend in my makeup. I'm sorry but I will not be coming back.

Very poor customer service. They are terrible at responding to emails or phone requests. When I finally spoke with the manager, she was in fact helpful and it seemed optimistic. But again two weeks and still no reply. Then I tried a third time, again today to call and book something. I was told the Manager is still not there; try tomorrow. Clearly they didn't want my business.

When I first started getting my eyebrows done at this spa, I remember them being known as the "Arch Angels" ... it was cute and catchy and what really drew me in and at the end of my first appointment I agreed with the "Arch Angel" promise - I've been going there ever since.  Unfortunately, not all "Arch Angels" are created equal, and every now and then I'm not impressed (however, *never*  have I been dissatisfied) with their work. Thank you Cynthea's Spa!

I love it there, Sarah is great! She has tons of experience and she doesn't make you feel uncomfortable! I will only go to Sarah for my wax she is amazing!!! I haven't gotten a facial or a massage there so I can't speak for that but if you want a wax ask for Sarah!
