My first time coming to mini spa vt has been wonderful. The first design I chose didn't come out quite right, Barb was more than happy to redo the design. They even went above and beyond to do my makeup free of charge. I highly recommend this spa for any service .

My experience at the Mini Spa VT is always complete perfection! Beth & her group pf ladies are friendly, talented, professional & take such good care of me. Their pedicures are amazing especially the Hot Booty Pedicure it is just right for those winter feet that need some extra TLC! The Signature Pedicure Krista gives me helps my feet & toes survive a summer in the garden & the lake! I could go on and on about how awesome they are @ Mini Spa VT from the relaxing atmosphere to the outstanding customer service you have just got to go and enjoy the Mini Spa yourself! Go ahead your feet will thank you later!

Despite being a loyal and repeat customer for over 8 years and bringing in and recommending dozens of friends, I am being charged full price for not rescheduling the appointment within 24 hours. I was out of the country and when the plane landed in Atlanta yesterday at 7pm I immediately replied that I could not make my 10am appointment. I called this morning and was informed I missed 2 previous appointments, 1 in 2012 and 1 in 2013. Funny they didn't mention the 40+ appointments that I arrived early or on time. Or those that I was stuck waiting for them. Best of luck. Oh, and happy Mother's Day.

My Christmas present this year was going to Mini Spa VT and getting EYELASH EXTENSIONS. I told my technician that I wanted them to look like I had already curled and put mascara on. Unfortunately, 2 hours and $175+ later, I looked in the mirror to find that my new (and really expensive) eyelashes were nothing like I expected. My technician gave me an extremely "natural" look, and it is awful to say that my eyelashes looked much better before when I could curl them and apply mascara (you cannot curl the eyelash extensions). I spent that full day trying to convince myself that I could like them, but I finally gave up. I was stuck with my new eyelashes looking so much worse than before, and worse than I had ever expected. Also, I could tell my technician was rushed on my second eye - she did not spend nearly as much time on it as the first eye. When I later went home and counted, she had only added about 30 lashes to my second eye, where there should be 50 (I was charged for 50!). The outer corner of my second eye lacked any extensions - my last 6 lashes to the corner were naked, where my other eye had several on the outer corner without a single naked lash of my own. and even worse, by that night I had 4 of the 30 fall out! On the first day! I did everything I was supposed to, I did not get them wet, I did not touch them, and I did not put a single bit of makeup/lotion on my face! I spent the last 3 weeks avoiding mirrors, so I did not have to look at my awful eyelashes and be so disappointed in the money spent. What an awful thing to get a beauty treatment done and be so upset with the outcome that you avoid mirrors.
