I like the selection and the pricing of this store they have plenty of different variations of items in the store. If you need anything for outdoors or working out then they will have it. The staff is sometimes hard to find in each department. You ask someone a question and they have to go find someone from that department to help you because they have no idea about it.

Very friendly location. They always greet us and the lines are always moving fast. I like how once they see the lines getting long they actually open many more registers.

A little spendy but that's typical of any big chain sporting store. Staff were knowledgeable and gave excellent pointers on fishing for the area

They have what you need sporting wise, and you can find some good deals.

If you need to know something, they won't know or they don't have it, well,  you can order it online so you don't have to deal with them, well guess what? If it is a firearm you need to pick it up at the store, be aware even if you already did everything you supposed to do, you will be waiting for an hour at least just standing there looking at him, and yes, him, there is just one guy (Joey) and he sure takes his sweet time doing paperwork, and if you got there before somebody else it won't matter either, he will see whomever he wants to see first, he saw at least 2 people that arrived later than me there.,also, they have papers pinned to studs stating recognition for awesome customer service, the only way I can imagine they got them is that they made an and print them themselves., summarizing, ordering firearms at Academy is one of the most frustrating awful experiences I have ever been through. My recommendation? Go somewhere else......
