This is the worst place to shop. The entire store is a complete mess. There is more stuff on the floor and in the wrong area than where it’s supposed to be. Don’t expect the employees to know what they’re doing either. You’re better off going to Ross. They really should consider burning the place down and starting over.

There are many good quality products here, but I feel that many items (in all departments) are extremely overpriced. And, although there always seems to be some sort of 'sale' going on, the prices for some items, even after the discounts are applied, are simply too high. Also, I agree with others who have mentioned the need for more registers/check-out stations.

While I did find a great sale, I could not believe how terrible the store looked! 75 percent of the store was a complete mess. I went on 7/3 at 1 pm. Maybe there was a massive rush of people that morning but other than at the registers, I never saw an associate who was cleaning up. JC Penny workers and customers alike need to do better.

This store is always clean and organized (except for the toy isle in children's dept.) The employees are nice and the clothing selection is great.

JCPenney is a great store and has amazing clothes, shoes, bedding and everything in between, but staff and customer service is awful and not at all helpful. There is not enough registers and sometimes the store looks like a complete mess! It was also very hot in the store. Please fix this now!!!
